Chef Hassan Al Naami
Originally from Jordan, Chef Hassan Al Nami brings with him a decade worth of experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, where he has been bringing to life the culinary secrets from his kitchens. After having been instrumental in successfully launching two of the restaurants at the beach-side resort - La Baie and Palm Grill, Chef Hassan moved on to manage Caravan, Lobby Lounge and In-room Dining. As the Executive Sous Chef of the resort, he now oversees the day-day to operations at Amaseena including crafting the menus and guiding his team of Ladies and Gentlemen to prepare the exceptional gastronomic delights that you relish at the Middle Eastern restaurant. With a bright smile and his favorite Mandi dish ready to serve, he is often seen striking hearty conversations with our guests.
